Senior HR Consultant
Janet has over 20 years of Human Resources experience working as an HR Leader and Executive Coach in both large, global corporations and small, developing companies. She loves partnering closely with clients to understand their business needs and vision then providing practical HR solutions to improve performance, growth and employee engagement. Janet’s expertise includes managing complex change, developing high performing employees and teams, management training, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, and establishing HR policies and practices.
Janet received her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and her Executive Coaching degree from William James College. In her free time Janet enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and traveling.
