    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

    Experience as a Senior HR consultant, HR Leader (Director, VP or CHRO) with 7+ years of experience within privately held, small/mid-sized businesses and/or non-profits, where you have had to wear a lot of “hats” developing, leading, and evaluating HR strategies, systems, and policies.

    You enjoy being strategic AND tactical while using your excellent relationship management and influencing skills to lead teams from start to finish. You have the ability to push back, but also be service focused.

    You want to be part of a talented, innovative HR TEAM, where you can learn from other HR Pros and better serve clients.

    Interested in seeking flexible hours, part-time schedule (starting 5 to 10/hrs a week and building from there to as many hours as you can work)

    You thrive when you are able to drive work and make effective decisions with minimal oversight and feedback.

    Have exemplary communication, time and project management, and organizational skills.

    Located in the RTP, North Carolina. Open to going on-site to client’s offices, but enjoy also working remotely.
