How we work
Retained Model
Our Retained Services, or as we like to call it, our monthly partnership model, allow you to reserve a set number of hours each month for your ongoing HR needs. This option gives us the opportunity to work on deeply integrated projects and recommend solutions as your organization grows. Our partnership model begins at 20 hours per month.
Project-Based Model
Our Project-based services includes our HR Technology Solutions, Training Services, and specific scope projects. Our project model is priced hourly or at a flat fee, depending on project specifics.
