Senior HR Consultant

Heather brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience with a broad background across various HR skill sets. She excels in driving strategic organizational HR initiatives from the ground up, tailored to diverse industries. Heather is accomplished in establishing long-term actionable goals that support high performance, superior productivity, and outstanding employee engagement, fostering business success in a complex economy.

Throughout her career, Heather has simultaneously managed a wide range of HR functions. She has worked extensively with leadership on people change initiatives, benefits administration and vendor selection, policy development, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Her experience also includes leadership coaching, career development, performance management, recognition and rewards programs, HR project management, creating standard operating procedures, organizing employee events, HR vendor management, job description development, HR budget management, and developing training plans.

Since joining our team, Heather has focused on assessing the overall HR state within organizations, and developing processes and policies that align with organizational structure, size, budget, and culture. She has significantly impacted her clients by raising awareness of the crucial role HR plays in organizational success and aligning HR initiatives to drive company improvements.

Heather is driven by aligning HR initiatives to help businesses grow and is passionate about continuous learning and professional development. Outside of work, she enjoys engaging in activities that contribute to her community and spending time with family. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and is certified as a PHR.
