Hollie brings 20 years of Human Resources experience, specializing in HR Operations, Talent Management, and organizational strategy for large global organizations. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with North American Leadership teams, within Life Science Industries to develop and execute HR solutions that drive business results.
For the past 3+ years, Hollie has focused on HR consulting, leveraging her expertise in HR operational processes, compliance management, performance management, leadership development, and compensation analysis. Her skills include onboarding strategies, policy development, payroll and benefits administration, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. She excels in change management, fostering culture and engagement, developing compensation strategies, and optimizing organizational design.
Hollie is dedicated to making a significant impact by addressing compliance challenges, establishing robust HR frameworks, and supporting effective organizational design to help clients achieve their goals. Her passion lies in enhancing organizational effectiveness, improving workplaces, and cultivating positive cultures.
Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, contributing to her community, and exploring outdoor activities. She holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is certified as a SHRM-SCP.
