Isn’t HR Able To Fix This?

“Our team often gets asked, isn't "HR" able to fix this for us? My response is pretty much the same---No we ALONE can't. HR as a profession is an INFLUENCER. By definition, influencers "have the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone or something." However, we can't change people. People have to choose to change. Here's hoping every day that HR is able to make a difference. To those of you in HR, thank you for what you do. We are all better off for it.”
