Procrastination.

“Procrastination. I didn’t use to understand why people did it. See, I'm a planner 📒 and I do things as early as I can. The older (and maybe wiser) I get—I see value in waiting or what some call procrastinating. Pausing (and not rushing🏃‍♀️) into things has value. Sometimes the better option arises when you don’t hurry to mark something off your list, when you get more information than you had before or when you work better (and have better outcomes) when that is your work style. There is VALUE in the way every person does something. You just have to pause⏸ , look at it differently, and communicate ☎️ what you need.”
